Returns & Refund Policy – Asic Mining Supply

New miners

Unused, unopened new miners may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs and a restocking fee of [10]%. Units must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us first to request a Return Authorization; returns sent without one cannot be processed.

Used and second-hand miners

Due to the nature of pre-owned hardware, all sales of used and second-hand miners are final and non-refundable.

Dead on arrival (DOA) and warranty

If a new miner arrives faulty, notify us within [72 hours] of delivery with clear photos or video showing the issue. Verified DOA units are covered by the manufacturer warranty ([e.g. 180 days for Bitmain; varies by manufacturer]); we will coordinate a repair or replacement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect voltage, water or moisture, physical damage, or unauthorized firmware modifications.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7] business days of the returned item being received and inspected. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same coin at [the amount originally received / the market rate on the refund date] – please confirm which applies.

Not covered

This policy does not cover a change of mind after a used-miner purchase, changes in coin price or mining difficulty, or shipping delays caused by customs.
